By selecting and purchasing products on the 6shooter website you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions.
 

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 6shooter. We have selected the very best deals for you to choose from everyday. Our team at 6shooter have hunted down and negotiated great deals from leading New Zealand suppliers. Depending on the deal we do,the stock leaves our warehouse or the suppliers direct to you.

1. RETURNS

We do not accept returns. The products are covered by the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993 (New Zealand),  the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NewZealand) or the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Australia). Please email us at info@6shooter.co.nz if you wish to return or replace a product, we will liase with the supplier on your behalf.

2. REFUNDS

If we are unable to supply your order (as this can happen, as your orders flood in and the stock goes before the computer catches up!) we will refund you in full. If we send you the wrong product (can happen but unlikely) we will refund you in full for the total purchase price plus the return postage.Thats postage please NOT return courier. We will refund you within 7 days,so please don't contact us within this period.

2. EXCHANGES

We can exchange your purchase, however only if there is a sizing or colour issue. Please email info@6shooter.co.nz The product must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.  Once we have received the returned product we will arrange for a replacement if there is stock available.

3. PRICES

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Our deals show the discount off the current recommended retail price (RRP). We have established the RRP from the supplier or from our own investigations with NZ retailers for the identical product item.

If Purchasing with Australian Visa or Mastercard  the conversion to AUDs will give you approximately another 20% saving off the NZ$ prices and shipping costs.

4. DELIVERY

6shooter.co.nz  will  deliver within mainland New Zealand or Australia.As 6shooter does not always carry the stock, our delivery charges are either established by us or each supplier on a per product basis. When you make your selection the delivery charge will be stated. A delivery company will deliver the product direct to you, however, we do not require a customers signature as proof of delivery. That means we CANNOT deliver to Box nos.If the Courier Company is able to prove the drop off was made through its track and trace system that is deemed "proof of delivery". Any queries about the delivery of your purchased product please contact us at: info@6shooter.co.nz

You should receive your purchase within 3 working days AFTER  placing your order.Parts of the South Island Will take a wee bit longer ! Please be patient. There is  no point in contacting us within this period.We are doing our best to get your order to you as quick as we can !

5. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All warranties will be provided by the supplier.  

6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product descriptions and specifications are provided by our suppliers. 6shooter endeavour to ensure the accuracy of the information printed on the website www.6shooter.co.nz

7. PRIVACY POLICY
